GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS
- Please arrive on time. If you are late, extra time will not be added to your lesson time for the day or future lessons.
- Parents must remain in the building and in close proximity to the lesson room.
- Wear clothing appropriate for school.
- Have your music books, sheet music, etc., ready before the lesson begins.
- Have a pen or pencil and some paper available to write notes or to mark your music.
- No cell phone use during lessons.
- For the first lesson, please identify some goals you want to work toward during your lessons.
- Please contact the instructor if you are unable to attend a lesson in case of emergency or illness no less than 24 hours prior to the lesson.
- Make-up lessons will be offered for those who notify in this reasonable timeframe. If the lesson is canceled later than this, no make-up lesson will be offered. Students are allowed only one make-up lesson/semester.
- If inclement weather prevents travel for a lesson, the instructor will notify the student (or parent). A make-up lesson will be scheduled within the semester.
- If a teacher needs to miss a lesson, the teacher will contact the student (or parent) to arrange for another lesson time within that semester.

Piano
The piano is a keyboard instrument that produces sound by striking strings with hammers, characterized by its large range and ability to play chords freely. It is a musical instrument that has broad appeal.
Age – 6 – 85 years
Duration – 30min
Weekdays – 08:00 AM-12:45 PM
All music classes are individual one-on-one lessons in any instrument. These courses are recommended to students who want to learn, play and practice within a structured lesson environment.
Courses are paid monthly.

Guitar
The guitar is a fretted musical instrument that typically has six strings. It is usually held flat against the player’s body and played by strumming or plucking the strings with the dominant hand, while simultaneously pressing selected strings against frets with the fingers of the opposite hand.

Duration – 30 min

Violin
Violin, byname fiddle, bowed stringed musical instrument that evolved during the Renaissance from earlier bowed instruments: The violin is probably the best known and most widely distributed musical instrument in the world.

The recorder is a family of woodwind musical instruments in the group known as internal duct flutes: flutes with a whistle mouthpiece, also known as fipple flutes
